Through the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, and other healing instruments, you’ll be invited to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and create space for what is ready to emerge. This intimate sound bath is designed to support deep relaxation, energetic clearing, emotional balance, and intentional reflection as you move into your next chapter.
During the session, you’ll be guided through four restorative intentions:

Renew your intentions for the path ahead.
Receive the healing frequencies of sound and stillness.
No previous meditation or sound-healing experience is required. Come exactly as you are and leave feeling more grounded, centered, and renewed.
